This shows how man doesnt really know how to react to a situation of this magnitude. later on arriving at Auschwitz, Wiesel was horrified to date the inhumane treatment of the prisoners. When Wiesel is separated from his mother and sisters,he and his father are forced to walk towards the fire. Wiesel explains, non far from us, flames were leaping up from a ditch, gigantic flames. They were enthusiastic something. A lorry drive up at the nock and delivered its load--little children. Babies!
